Meeting called to order at 1:15pm.
The Directors discussed and voted on the following:
Tim will purchase 2 security cameras for the Yacht Club.
It is time to do spring maintenance on equipment – oil change, grease, etc.
Voted to purchase parking tags for 64 slips and a sign “Parking For Members Only”.
It was voted that Board of Directors should be notified of non-emergency issues by email.  Directors should be called for emergencies such as water leaks, boats in trouble, oil spills, no electricity.
The Directors have received fence quotes: White vinyl 520 ft fence $22,175 Chain link fence 520 ft fence $12,000
DES needs to be notified about the trees along the property line that need to be taken down due to poor tree condition.  (Items 5 and 6 costs more than $5,000 and needs to be voted on by the entire membership at the June 2021 meeting).
Tim presented quotes for two gates at $300.00.
Dig Safe needs to be notified before any digging can be done for the new fence.
The property line needs to be surveyed and/or established.  It appears that a marker on the line is missing.  Anyone with information on the prior survey (2010) should notify the Directors.
Dave Almstrom was asked to order a truck load of stone for the coral and shed areas.
Repairs to slip #35 belonging to Mr. Koko were ordered and will be done before boats are launched.
Dave Almstrom was asked to contact DES for:   Permit for dock repair and maintenance. Permit for the removal of dangerous trees within 250 ft of water’s edge.

Finances: Budget and dues will be discussed at the June 2021 meeting. Brad suggested raising the annual dues from $800 to $1,000. Demitrius suggested a $500 per slip charge for the fence and contingency fund.  This would be voted on by members at the June 2021 meeting.
Members should send letters of concerns, ideas, and topics to be discussed at the June 2021 meeting to the Directors.  The Directors will look at plans, costs and quotes.
