2021 GYC meeting agenda

1. Accept last years meeting minutes
2. Old Business:
– Repair Gunski’s cement slab
– Repair Koko’s entire wood dock
– Install new solar light sensors on driveway light poles
– Repair about 5 dock posts that were in need of repair found on wood-cement docks
– Repair boat lift/routine maintenance completed
– Installation of new cameras at channel bathhouse/dock
3. New Business:
– Fence (surveyor/price/timeframe)
– Trailer parking/storage
– Member parking/parking passes
– Guest parking/Location
– Campfires and fire pits at gas dock
– Well repairs (contaminated 2-3 years ago from broken cap)
– Discuss possible repairs/maintenance to channel bathhouse
– Discuss possible repairs/maintenance to more docks
– Outstanding 2021 dues (due bye June 19th- gives members 2 weeks after meeting completed- invoices resent weekly to those delinquent and Dave J has list to not allow launch)
– Individual insurance info collection (Dave J supposed to collect at launches but did not)
– AC payment collection ($50/AC Dave J supposed to collect at launches but did not)
– Accept 2021 budget
– 2022 due increase (min $200)
4. Questions (15 min open for members)
5. Vote for new board of director position (treasurer-2 year term)
