Meeting started at 10:10am.

Maureen Matyuf made suggestions: One parking space per slip. Additional vehicles and guest park in the field.

Tim Matyuf made suggestions: One parking pass per slip.  The parking pass would have the slip number and would be displayed by hanging from the rear view mirror of the car. A sign would be installed saying “Permit Parking Only”. A sign would be installed in the field saying “Guest and Visitor Parking”. Rich Bono would be on the parking committee and report to Director Tim Matyuf. A form letter will be created and printed to place on vehicles parked in violation.

A list of Gilford Yacht Club repair to be made in spring 2021 was created.  The Winnipesauke Repair Barge was unable to enter the canal due to extremely low water levels and repairs need to be delayed until spring 2021. Missy and Al Croteau have 2 docks to be repaired. Slip #15 dock inspection and repair. Slip #1 dock inspection and repair. Bob and Stephanie Koko need dock repairs. A general inspection and repair of all slips and posts. Check all indoor and outdoor lighting. Floor covering in the canal bath house.

Fence and Property Line: Tim Matyuf suggested a fence like the neighbor’s (Stan’s white fence) along Wildwood Road. We need to trim and clean up trees and brush to install the fence. Tim Matyuf will work on getting quotes for the fence. Tim Matyuf said the contractor would be responsible for obtaining approval from the town planning board and obtain a building permit. Stephanie Koko suggested a swinging gate to block our driveway entrance on Wildwood Drive. Other gates were discussed. Tim Matyuf stated that he has gates at his house from Tractor Supply that work well.  Tim will get prices on gates at Tractor Supply.

Brad Spinosa stated that a notice needs to be sent our prior to the June Annual Meeting.

A budget needs to be made for 2021. Dave Almstrom will work with the accountant for financial information to start that process.

Bob Koko asked about the Contingency Fund.  It was reported that there is $64,000 in that account.  Tim Matyuf asked Bob Koko what would be an amount for that account and Bob said he did not know.

Stephanie Koko wants a website notice of things that have been done in 2020 at the Gilford Yacht Club.  Tim Matyuf and Brad Spinosa are working on that list and it will be given to Sven for our website.  There will also be a list of money saving measures taken by Gilford Yacht Club in 2020.

Brad Spinosa stated bills for annual dues will go out in February 2020.
Tim Matyuf suggested increasing annual dues by $100 and that 10% of the dues be put in the Contingency Fund each year.
